VIEW BY BROWSER

You can view the order results via the browser at the "Acknowledgement" page. Please refer to the constraints below on the availability of the 'View by Browser' delivery method.

BY DOWNLOAD

You can download the order results via the browser at the "Acknowledgement" page. The downloaded Land Register and Unposted Memorial Information are available in both PDF and HTML formats. Land Documents are in JPEG or TIFF format. Please refer to the constraints below on the availability of the 'By Download' delivery method.

BY EMAIL

You can receive the order results as attachment by email. Each email contains one order. The attached Land Register and Unposted Memorial Information are available in both PDF and HTML formats. Land Documents are in JPEG or TIFF format. Please refer to the constraints below on the availability of the 'By Email' delivery method.

BY FAX

You can receive the order results by fax. Please refer to the constraints below on the availability of the 'By Fax' delivery method.

BY MAIL

You can receive the order results by mail. Please refer to the constraints below on the availability of the 'By Mail' delivery method.

COUNTER COLLECTION

If the order has been successfully processed and completed, you can collect the order results at Customer Centre (19/F., Queensway Government Offices) or the respective Search Offices after the collection date / time as specified in the "Acknowledgement" page.

Note 1: For order delivered by "View by Browser" / "Download" / "Email", the document may be delivered in multiple files depending on factors such as document section ordered, file size, no. of plans etc.

Note 2: For order delivered by Mail or Counter Collection, plan with plan size >= A3 will be reduced to A4 size for the order if Black & White and Plain version is selected.

Note 3: By Fax option is not available if (i) colored plan is required, or (ii) the order contains > A4 plan.
